The analysis runs in your browser, on your own computer — your sales file loads into the page and the measuring happens there; the rows are not uploaded to a server to be analyzed. Saved work lives in .dp360 files you keep on your own disk; DataPro360 is not a portal holding your comp database. The narrative is written by a deterministic engine, not an AI service. No AI service sees your file unless you connect one and switch on a read — and then it sees only that, only while the file is open.

- Is there a contract?
- No. DataPro360 is billed monthly, and you can stop at any time.
- What happens after the trial?
- At the end of the 30 days the program asks for a card to continue. Nothing charges during the trial — no card is required to start it.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime, from Settings inside the app. Cancellation stops the next charge; you keep access through the period you have already paid for.
- Do you discount multiple seats?
- No. One flat price per user. Organizations needing 50 or more seats should contact us for enterprise arrangements.
- Is there a launch rate, or grandfathered pricing?
- No. There is one price for everyone, the then-current rate. If it ever changes, existing subscribers get at least 30 days’ notice.
- What about refunds?
- The free trial is the real refund window — no charge happens unless you subscribe. After your first charge, you have seven days to request a full refund, no justification required.
